Short-term Global Health Cover

International Medical Cover allows the insured person to use the insurance for treatment at facilities where they live or anywhere else within the allowed geography of their cover. These covers are particularly useful when a person might not be eligible to reside in the country they are mainly located in, does not wish to have a list of restricted facilities or wishes to have treatment overseas. Often, these covers remove the requirement to have a referral from a doctor prior to a claim and will allow the insured person to use any facility, not a specific list of recognised facilities.
